Please note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Your security is our priority. All transactions on Jikasho are processed through a SSL-secured page. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment processor. We do not store your card information on our servers.

When is my credit card charged?

Are there any exchange rates?

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will process the transaction based on the daily exchange rate on the day of payment.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us right away. However:

  • A 30% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations (even within seconds) due to payment processor charges.

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot update shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.
We recommend using a residential address, not a temporary location like a hotel or vacation home, to avoid delivery issues or customs delays.
